Spring is the Time of Change
Within us we put away the winter's cold and dry weather and bring in the spring's crisp mornings and moistness as the rains turn the brown landscape green. Our practice restores, refreshes, and rejuvenates our bodies and minds. To our Earth, the spring sees the return of a multitude of birds, and the budding of trees. Plants begin to emerge as the sun warms the ground and soon colors will abound. As we practice root down into the earth and draw from what is beneath us. Feel the energy in our body as we ground ourselves strengthening our torso and grow tall as we shine our heart to the sun.
