Using a Blanket to Strengthen your Core.

I love using props in my teaching. This sequence has but one prop; a blanket which can be shifted in different directions depending on the focus. To begin fold yoga blanket in half, then half again; roll up into a log roll. Bum is on the mat; lumber curve (bottom of roll) & head (top of roll) are on the rolled blanket.
